Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your order we are happy to accept returns (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas) and receive a full refund (excludes any shipping/postage charges).

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of the Chi22 London Team.

Postage costs will only be refunded on faulty items.

REFUND TIME FRAME

We will refund to your original payment method within 1 week of receiving the return.

Pay Pal; Your refund will be visible within 24 hours.

Credit Card; Please allow 5-10 days.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

From time to time Chi22 London will run promotions. If you received a complimentary gift with your purchase alongside paid items, the free item must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.

FAULTY ITEMS
