Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders over £45.00.

For all orders under £45.00, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of £2.99 for all orders to the UK.

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £12.99 for all overseas / international orders.

We endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 4 working days.

During busy periods such as public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Christmas orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the suggested time frame.

All UK Mainland orders are made via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

We offer;

Standard Delivery approx 3-5 working days via Royal Mail First Class Signed For - Not tracked or insured.

Special Delivery 1-4 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery - Tracked and Signed For. (Currently NOT available due to COVID-19).

Worldwide / International Delivery please allow 10-14 says. Sent Via Royal Mail International Signed for or Parcel Force.

For security purposes, all Chi22 London deliveries in the UK require a signature. Please make sure somebody will be in at the delivery address. If you are not present the courier will leave a missed parcel card and you will be able to collect your parcel from the nearest post office depot. We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to sign for them.
